Electric Water Heater from WIEC

If you are thinking about replacing your existing water heater, consider electric. WIEC has several incentives that will help make the decision easy.

Bill Credits
WIEC offers bill credits up to $8 per month for members who have electric water heaters. Call our office for more details.

Rebates
Western Illinois Electrical Coop. offers a rebate to members who purchase an electric water heater elsewhere. The new water heater must be installed in a home or business that is served by the cooperative. The rebate amounts are $75 for 55 gallon and under and $125 for 56 gallon and up. The original receipt must be provided. The WIEC member must bring a receipt for the water heater into the WIEC office within one month of purchase to get the rebate.
